Shane Tamura, a 27-year-old from Hawaii who later moved to Las Vegas, has been identified as the gunman responsible for a tragic shooting at a midtown Manhattan office building on Monday evening, claiming the lives of at least four individuals. The Fire Department of New York reported that emergency crews were dispatched to the Park Avenue office building at 6:28 PM after receiving reports of gunfire.
